What comes in the Jazzi DIY Craft Box subscription?
Each Jazzi Craft Box includes a curated collection of seasonal, pre-cut wooden DIY projects ready for you to paint, decorate, and assemble. The number of projects depends on the box you choose, with options ranging from 5–6 seasonal projects to additional coordinating and exclusive bonus projects.
How does the monthly DIY craft box subscription work?
Choose the Jazzi Box tier that fits your crafting style and subscribe. Each month, you'll receive a new collection of seasonal DIY projects delivered to your door. Your subscription automatically renews each month, so there's no need to reorder.
When will my Jazzi Craft Box ship?
Jazzi Craft Box subscriptions renew automatically on the 1st of each month. Enrollment for the current month closes on the 5th, and boxes are mailed out by the 15th of each month.
If you subscribe after the 5th, your subscription will begin with the following month’s box.
Does the DIY craft box include paint and supplies?
Your box includes the pre-cut wooden pieces and coordinating components needed to complete your projects. Paint and paintbrushes are not included, allowing you to choose colors that match your personal style and home décor. A suggested paint color list is provided for inspiration.
Is the Jazzi Craft Box good for beginners?
Absolutely! The Jazzi Craft Box is designed to be beginner-friendly, so no previous crafting experience is needed. Your wooden pieces arrive pre-cut and ready to decorate and assemble, making it easy to create seasonal home décor you're proud to display.
Can I cancel my craft box subscription anytime?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your Jazzi Craft Box subscription through your customer account. Be sure to make any changes before your next renewal is processed to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.
Is shipping included with my Jazzi Craft Box subscription?
Yes! Shipping is included with your Jazzi Craft Box subscription, so there are no additional standard shipping charges for your monthly box.
Can I purchase past Jazzi Craft Box projects separately?
Past Jazzi Craft Box projects may occasionally be available for individual purchase, depending on inventory and availability. Some projects and subscriber exclusives may only be offered as part of the subscription box.
Can I return my Jazzi Craft Box?
Because each Jazzi Craft Box contains specially prepared craft projects and materials, subscription boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us so we can help.
